The property originally housed a 9-hole course in the 1920's but with time, it became overgrown and abandoned. Another masterpiece, “Across the Pond”, is a drivable par 4 that requires a 185-yard carry over another bay and plays uphill towards the stone castle, originally known as Woodbridge Hall.

Hazards including water (both lake and pond), woodlands, and fescue make precision ball striking and course management paramount.
