About Emilie

Emilie has called Vermont home for almost two decades. In that time she has worked in the service industry as a server, manager, and educator; received a degree in Animal Sciences from the University of Vermont, raised two children, and worked with her husband to grow an iconic local business. She is outgoing and energetic, qualities complimented by great patience and problem solving skills earned by years spent managing restaurants, teaching students, and building a business. Motivated and imbued with an unflappable work ethic, she puts the people first. She is an outdoor enthusiast who loves to spend time in the woods and the snow with her two beautiful children. She is also an avid home cook, a wine nerd, and animal lover.
