Element Real Estate is Jessica Bridge and Dan Cypress, Realtors® at RE/MAX North Professionals.  Most clients who have worked with Element Real Estate appreciate their nontraditional team approach.  Jessica and Dan each offer their own complimentary set of skills and are dedicated to the satisfaction of their clients.

Jessica Bridge has been a Realtor® at RE/MAX North Professionals for the past five years.  She is dedicated to providing her clients with personalized service, honesty, and real estate expertise.  Her clients and colleagues appreciate her energy, sharp wit, candor, and “no nonsense” approach to Real Estate.

Jessica graduated with a degree in Hospitality Administration from UNLV and went on to pursue a career in high-end property management in Park City, Utah before opening Burlington, Vermont’s ½ Lounge in 2003.  Jessica has since sold the lounge to focus on Real Estate and offers a wealth of experience.  She understands both the importance, and the most effective ways of locating the perfect property in the Greater Burlington area.

Dan Cypress has also been a Realtor® at RE/MAX North Professionals for the past five years.  Prior to that he spent his career in accounting and finance and now is applying those analytical skills to help his clients make smart purchasing and selling decisions.  Dan works closely with his clients to ensure that they understand all of the details and that they are confident with their decisions. (In other words, he’s not going to hurry you along; he’s going to patiently work with you until you either find the home you love or the value of the home that you are looking to sell)

Dan received his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Vermont, has a bachelor degree in Finance from the University of Delaware and has spent the last sixteen years in Vermont enjoying its people, communities and outdoor recreational activities.
